UKIP Peterborough's new councillor

Robin Talbot, UKIP branch chairman in Peterborough has become the Party's first representative on Wittering Parish Council.
Former RAF bomb disposal expert, Cllr Talbot was co-opted onto the Parish Council by unanimous vote.
East of England MEP Stuart Agnew MEP said: "We are very pleased to have Cllr Talbot on our growing list of local councillors.
"He is a bright star in the party and will be a great asset to his Parish. I know he will do a great job for his local community."
