UKIP Leader Nigel Farage is in Zagreb this morning, debating Croatia's EU entry.
The debate, at 10am UK time, also features veteran Irish democracy campaigner Dr Anthony Coughlan. Opposing him will be the Croatian Minister for European Integration and Foriegn Affairs, Andrj Plenkovic.
