One of the greatest betrayals on joining the EEC in 1973 was the total betrayal of the British fishing industry. The UK Independence Party (UKIP) is the only party with the opportunity to restore British fishing to its former glory, to bring a nutritious meal back on to the tables of the least advantaged, and contribute to the UK’s economy substantially once again.
