Nigel Farage: 'a plane crash won't stop me'
Monday, 14th June 2010
Nigel Farage made a guest appearance on Alex Jones’s media show earlier this month to discuss the unravelling of the EU project and UKIP’s fight against the Eurocrats.
Speaking about the recent change of government, Mr Farage, who survived a terrifying plane crash in May, explained how the British election was a change of management rather than a change of government.
“Millions of people are hoping that somehow Cameron’s going to be different,” he said. “But the penny’s going to drop and they’re going to realise that actually they’ve got somebody who looks different, who sounds different and appears to be more reasonable, but the reality is we have surrendered our sovereignty, we have given away our ability to govern ourselves and it doesn’t matter a damn anymore who is sitting in Number 10 Downing Street.”
And the former UKIP leader assured supporters that his recent brush with death has not put him off the fight for British sovereignty.
“At the end of the day what this really comes down to is a battle of democracy versus bureaucracy,” he said. “I am the fighting bull of British politics, I am the fighting bull of European politics and a plane crash isn’t going to stop me.”
