Back in Strasbourg after the break, UKIP MEP John Bufton was busy tackling the EU over the postal service, Britain's rebate, the Common Agricultural Policy and the Brussels propaganda machine.
Firstly, he explains how the EU has destroyed Britain's postal service
Britain's rebate is thoroughly justified, says Mr Bufton, particularly in light of the UK being asked to help prop up the Euro-zone financially.
In this speech, Welsh MEP Mr Bufton looks to protect the interests of his constituency in the face of revisions to the Common Agricutural Policy.
