DD: Email Addresses

Email addresses should reflect the branch, or campaign, so that if you know the email address, you know the web address. Committee positions rather than names are also a good idea, so that if a position changes, no major updates are required.



Generic address prefixes are acceptable but be forewarned that spammers will quickly find them. E.g.:

• By name: name@ukipbranch.org.uk
• By position: chairman@ukipbranch.org.uk
• Generic: contact@ukipbranch.org.uk
